We don't sell Odoo implementations. We run your ERP for three years.

We build about 70% of your system on your real data before you pay anything. You're live in twelve weeks. Then we're the team that supports it, upgrades it and improves it — for the rest of the term.

Live in 12 weeks 30+ builds in 12 months Zero failed go-lives No capital outlay

What it costs

From $2,000 /month

36 fixed payments covering the build, the go-live and three years of our team. Most clients land between $2,000 and $2,750 depending on sites, users and custom work.

One internal ERP hire$6,700–8,300/mo

Paying cash instead is cheaper and we quote both. We take three clients a quarter, so $2,000/month is our floor — if what you need is smaller or close to standard Odoo, we'll say so on the first call. Odoo licences are separate and paid to Odoo.

Start your free Odoo evaluation

Three steps, no cost, no obligation. Stop after any of them and keep what we've given you.

  1. Fit — 30 min. We map how you run today and say honestly whether Odoo is right. If it isn't, it ends here.
  2. Proof — we build ~70% of your system on your real data, under NDA, and you drive it with us.
  3. Plan — a written implementation plan with a fixed number. Yours to keep.

We take on three clients a quarter. Each gets our team for three years, so we can't run more in parallel without the work suffering. The evaluation is always open — the build slots are what run out.

The thing nobody tells you

The industry sells you an implementation. Then it sells you support.

Two contracts. You negotiate the first one with leverage — three partners bidding, nothing signed. The second gets quoted the week you go live, when you have none: your data is in, your team is trained, your old system is already off. That timing isn't an accident. It's the business model.

How it usually goes

ImplementationQuoted by the hour or in "success packs". Six to twelve months.
Then a retainerPriced after go-live. Or you hire someone at $80–100K to own it.

How it goes with us

One agreementBuild and run. 36 months. Every number known before you sign.

A "success pack" of 50 or 100 hours isn't a price — it's a meter, and you find out what it cost after it has run. We quote a number, we absorb it when we're wrong, and support isn't a second conversation.

Build & Run

Live in twelve weeks. Then three years with our team.

Everything before the contract is free, and you can stop at any point and keep what we've given you.

  1. Before you sign
    Free evaluation

Fit, a working proof on your own data, and a written plan with a fixed number. You owe nothing and the plan is yours whatever you decide.

  2. Weeks 1–12
    Implementation

Configuration, custom modules, data migration at volume, integrations — starting from the 70% already built during the proof. You're live at the end of week twelve.

  3. Weeks 13–14
    Go-live & training

Two weeks with our team alongside yours through the switch — training, hypercare, online or on site where it's genuinely needed.

  4. Months 4–36
    We run it

Unlimited support, every Odoo version upgrade, training for everyone you hire, and monthly enhancement hours. A named team that already knows your BOMs and your edge cases.

  5. Month 37
    Yours, paid off

Payments stop and nothing switches off. Most clients keep us on a rolling support plan at a much lower monthly — and that one is cancellable, because there's no capital left to protect.

Why we can promise things other partners won't

We only build for manufacturers and distributors. That's the whole trick.

Ten years in one vertical and 200+ modules already written. Your BOMs, lot traceability, routings and multi-warehouse logic are configuration for us, not custom development. That single fact is why the proof is free, why twelve weeks is realistic, and why we can be paid monthly instead of by the hour.

  1. We've built it beforeA decade of manufacturing and distribution work already in code. We start from your industry, not a blank database.
  2. So you start at 70%We configure most of your system in 3–5 days because it already exists. That's why go-live is twelve weeks, not a year.
  3. So the price can be fixedWe've seen your data and found the problems before quoting. We're not guessing, which is why we absorb it when we're wrong.
  4. So we're paid to be fastEvery other partner bills the implementation — the longer it runs, the more they make. We're paid the same 36 payments either way.
No three meetings first

What it costs, before you ask.

Over 36 months, for a Canadian manufacturer or distributor: the full implementation, the go-live, and then our team running your system for the rest of the term. Larger groups run higher.

Doing it in-house

$6,700 – 8,300 /mo

One ERP manager at $80–100K a year fully loaded. One person, one skill set — and if they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.

Build & Run

$2,000 – 2,750 /mo

Functional configuration, Odoo development, data and integrations. Four skill sets, a team that doesn't quit, and it already knows your build.

When you put Odoo in, somebody has to own it forever. The honest problem with hiring for that is you need three or four skill sets and you can only hire one.

Included, unlimited

  • Support — questions, bugs, anything that breaks
  • Every Odoo version upgrade, done for you
  • Training for every new person you hire
  • System monitoring and health
  • A named team that knows your data and your edge cases
  • Monthly enhancement hours for the small changes a working business always needs

Quoted separately

  • A new site, warehouse or legal entity
  • A new third-party integration
  • A new Odoo app outside the original scope
  • Major process redesign
  • Data migration from an additional system
  • These are real projects, so we scope and quote them at your client rate. We'd rather be precise now than have the argument in month fourteen.

Monthly — the default

36 fixed payments, no capital outlay, subject to credit approval. The term is fixed for 36 months and isn't cancellable — we'd rather you hear that here than in a contract.

Cash — if you prefer

Roughly 10% less overall. 30% on signing, 70% after go-live, so we carry most of your project until your system is actually running. It's also the path if financing is declined.

We quote both on the same page so you can see the difference and pick. Either way the number is fixed before you commit — if we've estimated the work wrong, that's our margin, not your change order.

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

A good fit if two or more are true

  • You make or distribute physical product
  • You track lots, serials, expiry dates or a compliance regime — CFIA, HACCP, ISO, GMP
  • You run more than one location, warehouse or legal entity
  • You have processes no off-the-shelf ERP handles
  • You're on QuickBooks, Sage 50, spreadsheets or an ERP nobody supports anymore
  • You need EDI, e-commerce, transport or barcode scanning to talk to each other

Usually not a fit

  • You're a service business with no inventory
  • Your processes are close to standard and someone internal can own the configuration — go direct to Odoo, it's cheaper
  • The engagement would come to less than about $2,000 a month
  • You need to be live in under six weeks — twelve is the honest floor
  • Nobody has committed budget or a decision date yet
  • You're looking to become an Odoo partner — that's Odoo's partner program, not us

Leather goods · rescue after another Odoo partner stalled

“We were in a tricky situation with another Odoo partner, and Kerning Code unlocked it at a very reasonable price. They delivered on time, with no extra budget, and provided far more than expected.”

Already started with someone else and it's stalled?

That's a normal reason people call us. On the fit call we look at what's actually built, what's salvageable, and whether finishing it is cheaper than starting clean. If it isn't worth saving, we'll say so — and if it is, you keep the work you've already paid for.

Guarantee

Every risk here is one we take instead of handing it to you.

You see it before you pay

About 70% of your system, on your data, at no cost. The first money moves after you've watched it run.

Fixed price, absorbed by us

If we've estimated the remaining work wrong, that's our margin, not your change order.

Support isn't a second contract

Three years of it is in the number you agreed on day one. Nothing gets quoted to you the week you go live.

You own everything

Database, configuration, custom modules — including source. If you ever leave, you take it all.

Two weeks of real go-live support

Not a ticket queue. Our team working alongside yours through the week that actually matters.

No capital outlay

A fixed monthly instead of a six-figure cheque, so this clears a departmental budget rather than a capital approval cycle.

“What's the catch?” We build far fewer proposals than most partners and win a much higher share of them. Building it first costs us a few days and saves months of guessing — which is why we can hold a fixed price without padding it. We take three clients a quarter. That's the real constraint, not demand.

Who you'll be talking to

You'll be talking to me, not a sales team.

Anthony, founder. I run the fit call personally, I'm in the build, and the people who configure your system are the ones who support it for the next three years — no handoff to an account manager you've never met. Our team has put 30+ Odoo systems into Canadian manufacturers in the last twelve months, and none of them have failed.

We're based in Montréal and we work across Canada. Most of a project runs online anyway — screen shares with your production lead, working sessions with your controller — which is exactly why a distributor in Calgary gets the same team and the same hours as one in Laval. Where being in the room genuinely matters, we get in the room.

And if Odoo isn't the right answer for your business, I'll tell you on the first call. I'd rather lose thirty minutes than deliver something you regret.

Straight answers

No — the financing agreement runs a fixed 36-month term and isn't cancellable, and we'd rather you hear that here than find it in a contract. That's exactly why the evaluation is free and why we build 70% of your system before anyone signs: you should know precisely what you're committing to before you commit to it.

If you'd rather not be locked to a term, pay cash instead. It's cheaper and we quote both.

Nothing — you're just not starting from zero. By the time you sign, we've already configured about 70% of your system on your real data during the free evaluation. The twelve weeks gets you live: data migration at volume, integrations and edge cases. Then two more weeks of go-live support and training with our team alongside yours.

What most partners spend their first three months on is discovery and configuration we've already done for free. Complex multi-site builds run longer, and we'll tell you which you are on the first call rather than after you've signed.

Support, fixes, every Odoo version upgrade, training for people you hire later, and a monthly allowance of enhancement hours for the small adjustments a working business always needs.

What it doesn't mean is unlimited new development. A new warehouse, a new integration or a new module is a real project and we scope and quote those separately at your client rate. We'd rather be precise about that now than have the argument in month fourteen.

Run the numbers and we think you'll find it isn't. An ERP manager who can handle Odoo is $80–100K a year fully loaded — $6,700–8,300 a month for one person with one skill set. Keeping an Odoo system healthy needs functional configuration, Odoo development, data work and integrations: realistically three or four skill sets. And if the person you hired leaves, the knowledge leaves with them.

The payments stop and the system is entirely yours — database, configuration, custom modules and source. Nothing switches off and nothing is held hostage.

Most clients want us to keep running it, so we offer a rolling support plan at a much lower monthly, because the build is already paid for and we already know your system. That one is cancellable with notice — there's no capital left to recover, so there's no reason to lock you in.

It happens and it isn't the end of the conversation. The monthly is one way to pay, not the offer itself. If credit is declined you pay cash on the normal terms — 30% on signing, 70% after go-live — and nothing else about the engagement changes.

Sometimes, yes. If your processes are close to standard and you have someone internal who can own the configuration, going direct is cheaper and we'll tell you that on the first call. Where it breaks down is custom development, complex manufacturing logic and data migration from systems Odoo's own team doesn't touch. That's the work we exist for.

Products, customers, vendors, on-hand inventory and open documents come across. Historical transactions move where the data is clean enough to trust; we tell you what's worth migrating versus leaving in QuickBooks as a read-only archive. You don't lose the past — we decide together what has to be live on day one.

Yes. We're based in Montréal. Training, documentation, support and the Odoo interface can run in French, English or both. Voir cette page en français.
